What this covers
This policy explains what happens to information you submit through jennifercainrealty.com, which is operated by Jennifer Cain Realty, LLC.
What is collected
Only what you type into a form. Depending on which form you use, that may include your name, email address, phone number, property address, details about your property and your situation, and your contact preference.
The site also collects standard, anonymous traffic data through Google Analytics: which pages were visited, roughly where visitors came from, and what kind of device they used. This is not tied to your name.
How it is used
To respond to your inquiry and to provide the real estate services you asked about. That is it.
What is not done with it
Your information is not sold. It is not shared with third parties for marketing. It is not added to a mailing list you did not ask to join. If you request something specific, like a copy of your preparation planner results, you receive that, and nothing else follows unless you ask for it.
Who else touches it
A small number of service providers process information on this site's behalf:
- Netlify hosts the website and handles form submissions.
- Google Analytics provides anonymous traffic statistics.
Each of these has its own privacy policy. None of them receive your information for their own marketing use.
Cookies
This site uses analytics cookies only. There are no advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels, and no tracking scripts beyond Google Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work normally.
Text messages
If you provide a phone number, you may receive calls or text messages from Jennifer Cain and LPT Realty, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Deleting your information
Email Jennifer.Cain@lptrealty.com and ask. Your information will be removed, and you will get a reply confirming it.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
